WATCH: Indiana Basketball's Miller Kopp Drains Three For Early Lead
BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — Tuesday night, Indiana forward Miller Kopp drained the first three-pointer of the Hoosiers' matchup against No. 24 Rutgers.
With just above 17 minutes on the clock in the first half, freshman guard Jalen Hood-Schifino dribbled to his right before finding his man Kopp wide open on the wing. Before the game, the Houston, Texas native was seen warming up from beyond the arc more than an hour before the match started.
Kopp told HoosiersNow.com at the start of the season he was working on perfecting his three ball. He's now second on the team with a 44.4 percent from downtown behind guard Trey Galloway who has a 50 percent.
