WATCH: Race Thompson's Dunk Caps Indiana's 17-2 Run Against Purdue
WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. – Mackey Arena has gotten much more quiet early in the second half.
The Hoosiers have been on a 17-2 run over a stretch of five minutes and 10 seconds, leading 51-42 with just over 13 minutes in the second half.
Trayce Jackson-Davis posted up on Zach Edey on the left block, and he saw Race Thompson darting toward the basket. Jackson-Davis snuck a pass through the Purdue defense, leading to a Race Thompson dunk and a Matt Painter timeout.

Next up for Indiana is a matchup against the Iowa Hawkeyes on Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. ET at Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall in Bloomington, Ind. Iowa is 18-11 this season with a 10-8 record in Big Ten play, most recently completing an incredible comeback to defeat Michigan State. Iowa defeated Indiana 91-89 in the season's first matchup on Jan. 5.
