BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — Lexus Bargesser isn't afraid of Caitlin Clark and the Iowa Hawkeyes. The sophomore guard knocked down a buzzer-beating jump shot as time expired at the end of the first quarter, giving Indiana a 23-22 lead after 10 minutes.

Bargesser collected a rebound off a Chloe Moore-McNeil miss as time was dwindling down. The guard put the shot up and the ball hit every part of the rim before falling home.

That bucket gave the Hoosiers a one-point advantage at the first quarter break. Bargesser ended the quarter with four points.

Bargesser entered Thursday night's game averaging 4.4 points, three assists and 2.6 rebounds while shooting 48.3% from the floor.

Her bucket at the end of the first was a big one, and got fans on their feet at Assembly Hall.
