BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – The Assembly Hall crowd is in full force Saturday against Kansas, especially after this big play from senior guard Trey Galloway.
Kansas' KJ Adams Jr. tried entering the ball to Hunter Dickinson in the post, but Indiana center Kel'el Ware deflected the pass to his teammate, Malik Reneau. In a full-on sprint, Galloway caught the pass from Reneau and pushed the ball in transition.
Galloway's coast-to-coast layup gave Indiana an early 8-2 lead over the Jayhawks.
