The Kansas Jayhawks have rebounded nicely since their only loss of the season, winning by double digits over both of their conference opponents so far. But today's game will be the toughest game played at home to date, and will give fans an idea of just how competitive this team can be in the Big 12 this season.

The Baylor Bears are coming to Lawrence for their second road game of the week against a ranked conference opponent. After jumping out to a large lead against #17 Oklahoma on Tuesday, the Bears let the lead get all the way down to just four points at halftime. But Baylor never trailed in the game and were able to get their second win over a ranked opponent on the season.

Overview

The Jayhawks are looking to move to 3-0 in conference play for just the second time in program history. The only time that they have accomplished the feat was the first season of Big 12 play in in 1996-97.

The Kansas Jayhawks are ranked 21st in the AP Poll and 25th in the Coaches Poll. Baylor is ranked 23rd in the AP Poll and 21st in the Coaches Poll.

Baylor leads the all-time series 37-8, including a 16-5 advantage in Lawrence. Kansas last won a game against Baylor on January 19th, 2014.
