WATCH: Ray Davis scores and tosses the L's down to the crowd in Louisville
The 2023 Governor's Cup has been a back and forth dog fight as both teams are throwing haymakers.
The Cats just got the ball back via a fumble and were able to score two play later when Devin Leary found Ray Davis for the two's second touchdown connection of the game.
Davis then quickly went right up against the stands and gave the crown in Louisville the good ole L's down to let them know how he feels about them.
A Devin Leary interception gave the ball back to the Cardinals, and they went on to score a touchdown.
This game is tied 31-31 with just over two minutes left in the ball game. The Cats are about to get the football back with a chance to win this game in regulation.
Let's take a look at this touchdown from Davis that gave the Cats a short-lived lead over the Cardinals.
