Miami vs Florida State: Was It A Safety?
Every game has some sort of controversial call. An official’s job is certainly hard, no question. That being the case, that’s also why college football has instant replay, just like today’s Miami Hurricanes at Florida State Seminoles game.
So how does one explain the following video where Miami linebacker Wesley Bissainthe clearly sacks Florida State quarterback Jordan Travis in the end zone?
It’s just ridiculous.
When that play took place, the score was 10-7 with the Seminoles in the lead. That play could have completely changed the psyche of the game. Hats off to Bissainthe for his incredible pursuit of Travis during that obvious safety.
