The Miami Hurricanes impressive come from behind 28-20 two overtime victory versus the Clemson Tigers is changing the trajectory of the 2023 season. Now comes a unique gut check with the next opponent, the Virginia Cavaliers.

Like the Hurricanes, the Cavaliers are flying high with their 31-27 win in Chapel Hill, N.C. over the North Carolina Tar Heels. So, whether the quarterback is freshman Emory Williams or redshirt-junior Tyler Van Dyke, will Miami be up for the Virginia team that does not possess as much raw talent as itself, yet sent the UNC faithful home stunned?

There are many possibilities for how the Miami players prepare and play versus Virginia, and vice versa. Miami head coach Mario Cristobal and his staff look to get the Hurricanes ready once again.
