Notre Dame Offers Multi-Sport Star Dylan Faison

Notre Dame extends an offer to 2026 Florida athlete Dylan Faison

When lacrosse star Jordan Faison opted to also play football for Notre Dame, nobody would have guessed that he would have assumed an important role as a true freshman and earn a scholarship that quickly. In the end, the need for wide receiver help and Faison’s overall athleticism were too much to keep off the field.

As it turns out, there’s another member of the Faison family to keep a close eye on. On Sunday during the Pot of Gold offer event, the Irish staff extended an offer to 2026 Boca Raton (Fla.) Saint Andrew’s School wide receiver Dylan Faison.

Like his older brother, Faison is also an incredibly impressive lacrosse player. In fact, he may be even better than Jordan. Dylan actually secured the number one spot among the top 50 players ranking for the class of 2026 by Lacrosse Magazine.

On the football field, Faison is also a notable performer.

Faison was a playmaker as a sophomore for Saint Andrew’s. In 11 games, Faison hauled in 18 receptions for 480 yards and eight touchdowns. That is an average of 26.7 yards per reception, demonstrating the big play ability for Faison.

On defense, Faison was also a valuable member for the Scots. He collected 20 total tackles and an interception in limited opportunities.

Unlike his older brother, this offer is not coming as a preferred walk-on. He is a player that Notre Dame wants on scholarship. It will be interesting if he chooses a similar, yet somewhat unique, path as Jordan.
