Ohio State Buckeyes vs. Michigan Wolverines: Preview, How to Watch, Betting Odds
The hardwood edition of "The Game" will take place in Columbus on Saturday afternoon as the Ohio State Buckeyes host the Michigan Wolverines.
Ohio State (17-12, 7-11 Big Ten) faces a must-win game, as a loss to an eight-win Michigan team at home on the third day of March would almost certainly eliminate the Buckeyes from realistic at-large chances of making it to the NCAA Tournament.
Michigan (8-21, 3-15 Big Ten) has had one of its worst seasons in recent memory. The Wolverines will be without leading scorer Dug McDaniel, who has been suspended from playing in road games for most of the season due to unknown reasons. Without him, coach Juwan Howard's squad will have to lean Olivier Nkamhoua and Terrance Williams II.
The Wolverines are losers of six straight, but anything can happen in the Big Ten. After all, Michigan did beat then-No. 11 Wisconsin in Ann Arbor on Feb. 7.
