Eight Buckeyes were invited among the 321 prospects to run drills, conduct interviews and meet with coaches and general managers at the combine at Lucas Oil Stadium beginning on Feb. 26.

The Buckeyes are headlined by consensus top receiver prospect Marvin Harrison Jr. Other former Ohio State players include running back Miyan Williams, tight end Cade Stover, offensive lineman Matt Jones, defensive tackle Mike Hall Jr., linebackers Steele Chambers and Tommy Eichenberg and safety Josh Proctor.

Harrison will be one of the most sought-after prospects in Indy during the week. The two-time All-American and reigning Biletnikoff Award winner finished fourth in Heisman voting after another 1,000-yard campaign in Columbus.

Harrison is expected to be the first receiver taken and is considered a consensus top-five pick. Several evaluators believe the 6-4 son of Hall of Fame receiver Marvin Harrison is this year's top prospect regardless of position.

Hall, Chambers and Eichenberg will go through their on-field workouts with the rest of the defensive linemen on linebackers on Feb. 29. Proctor, and Stover will work out with the other tight end and safety prospects on March 1.

Harrison and Williams will take the field for workouts along with the other receivers and running backs on March 2. Jones will participate in on-field workouts on March 3 to close out the week.

The 2024 draft could mark the second time since 2015 that at least two Ohio State weren't drafted on Day 1. In 2021, the Chicago Bears traded up to select Buckeyes quarterback 11th overall.

In 2015, Devin Smith became the first Buckeyes player selected with the 37th pick by the New York Jets in the second round.

The three-day, seven-round NFL draft will take place in Detriot beginning on Thursday, April 25.
