The Ohio State Buckeyes have landed one of their two biggest fish in the 2024 recruiting class.

Five-star receiver Mylan Graham penned his letter of intent with the Buckeyes on Wednesday during early signing day.

The New Haven, Indiana native is the top recruit in the state of Indiana according to On3, and boasts a top-20 national ranking as well at No. 19. Graham chose Ohio State over a list of several other notable options which includes Notre Dame, Michigan and Alabama.

Kyle Booher, Graham's coach at New Haven High School, gave high praise to his receiver when he spoke to Eleven Warriors earlier this year.

“His speed, quickness and change of direction is just something that’s different,” Booher said. “A coach that used to coach here for 20-something years before I took over told me he’s special. So, you get other people telling you that, it confirms what you already see...He’s so explosive on his change of direction and he knows the game well."

Graham will join wide receivers coach Brian Hartline and a host of other talented young receivers like Brandon Inniss, Carnell Tate and Noah Rogers when he arrives at Ohio State in the spring. The battle for one of the few spots at the highly competitive receiver position will begin from the moment Graham's foot hits the turf of the Woody Hayes Athletic Center.

Ohio State may be without two veteran leaders next season at receiver. Julian Fleming announced he would enter the transfer portal earlier this month, and the jury is still out if Heisman Trophy finalist Marvin Harrison Jr. will return to the Buckeyes instead of declaring for the 2024 NFL Draft.

Whatever the case, look for Graham to make an immediate impact in Columbus during spring and beyond.
