Three Ohio State Buckeyes were selected to NFL.com's all-combine list following stellar showings during the event in Indianapolis: quarterback C.J. Stroud, wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba and center Luke Wypler.

Stroud impressed scouts with his accuracy during throwing drills, getting passes directly to receivers as if the ball was on a string time after time. Even though Stroud's performances in the athletics tests like the vertical jump and 40-yard dash weren't the best out of those at his position, his touch, and footwork were enough to set him apart from the rest.

If Stroud had a wire guiding the ball to his targets, then Smith-Njigba must have lathered his gloves in superglue before each drill. The junior wide receiver could not drop a pass if he tried, whether from Stroud, with whom he'd had years of experience, or one of the other quarterback prospects.

Smith-Njigba also clocked a time of 3.93 seconds in the 20-yard shuttle, the fastest time in the drill for a wide receiver since Brandon Cooks and Damian Copeland in 2014, and faster than Odell Beckham Jr. at that same combine.

Finally, while Wypler performed almost identically with the rest of the top centers, his athletic scores put him ahead of the pack. Wypler ran a 5.14-second 40-yard dash with a 10-yard split of 1.83 seconds. This allowed him to be one of the fastest and most technically correct players at his position when it came to reps and footwork on the field.

The Buckeyes well represented well this year at the NFL Combine. Now all that's left is to see how those performances translate on the draft board in a few weeks.
