The Cowboys have another fresh look heading into their matchup with the Jayhawks.

Oklahoma State got a massive win last week against Kansas State and hopes to keep the good vibes rolling as it plays Kansas. OSU also hopes to do it in style.

The Cowboys will be rocking an orange-orange-white combination in Saturday’s game. It will be the first appearance of an orange helmet this season.

With Terry Miller being inducted into the Ring of Honor, OSU will also wear a patch with his No. 43.

In the Cowboys' important win last week, it would be difficult to say the uniforms did not provide at least a minor boost for them. A blackout look on the field and in the stands under the lights at Boone Pickens Stadium provided an aesthetically pleasing scene.

To extend the winning streak to a second game, OSU will need to play well defensively. As eye-popping as the numbers from the Jayhawks were last week on the ground, stopping the quarterback is important too.

Kansas is likely going to run the ball all over OSU at times, but OSU's defense may be able to live with it. As long as Jason Bean cannot get it going in the passing game, eventually, Kansas may lose its balanced look on offense.

Bean passed for only 91 yards in the Jayhawks' win over UCF last week. Kansas won big and its offense looked great, but it could be a blueprint for the Cowboys' defense.

Still, the offense needs to step up to get the win because, ultimately, the Jayhawks are a team that has to be outscored most times.
