Oklahoma State is looking for a fourth consecutive win with another new uniform combination.

After a win against West Virginia to move to 5-2 last week, the Cowboys are looking to head into a matchup with the Oklahoma Sooners next week with only one conference loss. But Cincinnati stands in their way.

Against the Bearcats, OSU will be going with a white-orange-black combination. Unsurprisingly, OSU went all out for homecoming.

The Cowboys’ combination features three elements they’ve used this season, just not together. This will be the third time this season that Pistol Pete is featured on the helmet.

Cincinnati will counter OSU’s look with a red-white-white look. As OSU celebrates homecoming, Cincinnati’s uniform reveal came with a Halloween-themed video.

The Bearcats will hope to give the Cowboys a scare or dash their Big 12 title hopes altogether. While it soon will be a common occurrence, this is only the fourth matchup between the two schools.

OSU leads the series 2-1, with the most recent game coming in 1983. But OSU will be looking for its first home win over Cincinnati after falling in the only matchup in Stillwater in 1959.

If Ollie Gordon can continue his hot streak, the Cowboys should be able to secure their first win over a new Big 12 opponent and earn bowl eligibility.
