LIVE UPDATES: Ole Miss Looks To Even Series vs. Maryland
OXFORD, Miss. -- After suffering their first loss of the season on Friday night, the No. 4 Ole Miss Rebels are seeking to even the series against the No. 13 Maryland Terrapins on Saturday afternoon.
The Rebels struggled to string together hits on Friday, and they also turned to Jack Dougherty for the start on the mound following Hunter Elliott's injury last weekend. Mike Bianco stated on Friday that Elliott has plans to see an out-of-town doctor this coming week.
For Saturday, freshman Grayson Saunier is slated to take the mound for Ole Miss against the Terrapins after throwing four innings against the Delaware Blue Hens last weekend.

PREGAME
Head coach Mike Bianco released his starting lineup for Saturday's game, and it can be found below.
Jacob Gonzalez shifts back to the leadoff spot for the Rebels, and Ethan Groff drops to No. 2. Reagan Burford is slated to hold down left field this afternoon, and, as mentioned above, Saunier will toe the rubber for Ole Miss.
The Rebels are in the uniform combination seen in this graphic as well. A slight detail to notice for fans is that the red jerseys are typically paired with the red-billed hat, but the all-navy variation is seeing the field today. This combination is not unheard of at Ole Miss, but it is a slight change from the norm.
FIRST INNING
Saunier hits the first batter he faces followed by issuing a walk. Bianco out for a visit.
A fly out to center advances a runner to third with one down. Runners now at the corners.
A strikeout on a wild pitch and tag out at home ends the inning.
MID 1: Ole Miss 0, Maryland 0
Groff works a one-out walk after a Gonzalez fly out.
A double from Kemp Alderman scores Groff, and Ole Miss takes a 1-0 lead.

SECOND INNING
An E5 puts the leadoff man on for Maryland.
A walk and bunt single load the bases for the Terps.
Saunier gets a strikeout for the first out of the inning. A sac fly scores a run for Maryland and ties the game. Two down.
Another HBP from Saunier loads the bases again for Maryland.
Saunier gets a swinging strikeout on a full count to end the inning.
MID 2: Ole Miss 1, Maryland 1
A leadoff single from Ethan Lege gets things started for Ole Miss in the second.
Furniss strikes out swinging, and Chatagnier flies out for the first two outs of the inning.
Burford draws a walk to turn the order over to Jacob Gonzalez. A fortuitous hit from the Rebel shortstop gives Ole Miss a 2-1 lead. Runners at the corners with two down.

Tookoian gets a strikeout and then issues a four-pitch walk.

A walk from Parenteau ties the game, and another walk gives Maryland the lead.

Calvin Harris gets things started with a single on a 2-2 count in the bottom half.
Anthony Calarco works a double to LF, and runners are on second and third with no outs.
Ethan Lege works a walk, and the bases are loaded with no outs. Judd Utermark pinch hits for Will Furniss, and Maryland is going to the bullpen. John Kramer is now at the plate instead of Utermark.
Kramer pops out to keep the bases loaded with one out.
Chatagnier strikes out, and the bases are loaded with two down for Garrett Wood, pinch hitting for Burford.
Wood draws a walk, bringing home a run. Maryland now leads 6-5, and Jacob Gonzalez comes to the plate.
Maryland is now going to the bullpen with a 1-0 count.
Gonzalez comes through. A two-run single from the shortstop puts Ole Miss back in front 7-6.
