Two days, three commitments for the Ole Miss Rebels.

Aside from the Florida Gators, who garnered four commitments Saturday, the Rebels have had one of the hottest weekends on the recruiting trail of any college football program. After flipping quarterback Austin Simmons from Florida and landing athlete Cameron Clark Saturday, four-star class of 2024 safety Travaris Banks announced his commitment to Ole Miss on Twitter Sunday.

Banks thanked his mother, brothers and coaches who have helped him get to where he is.

"I would like to thank all the coaches who've recruited me," Banks said in a statement on Twitter. "I would like to thank my past and current teammates (Patriots Nation). Lastly, I would like to thank the entire Ole Miss coaching staff (Coach Kiffin, Golden, and Wes) for giving me the opportunity to further my education and play a game I love at the next level."

Banks is the No. 158 player overall, the No. 13 safety and the No. 10 player in the state of Alabama in the class of 2024, according to 247Sports.

The Tuscaloosa, Ala., native chose the Rebels over Southeastern Conference foes Mississippi State, Alabama, Auburn, Florida, Tennessee, Georgia, Texas A&M and South Carolina.

After Banks' commitment, the Rebels currently have the No. 21 class in the 2024 cycle, according to On3.
