OFFICIAL: Rebels Land 2024 Safety Katrevrick Banks on Early Signing Day

The Ole Miss Rebels added some defensive depth on Wednesday by the signing of Homer, Louisiana safety Katrevrick Banks on Early Signing Day.

The Ole Miss Rebels' eventful Early Signing Day continued on Wednesday as Ole Miss continued to improve the defense with the signing of 2024 safety Katrevrick Banks.

Banks is 6-3, 180 pounds and will most likely project as a defensive back with some positional flexibility. He received offers from Louisiana Tech, Louisiana-Monroe, Tulane, Texas State, Lamar, and Grambling State in addition to Ole Miss.

He was recruited heavily by Wes Neighbors for the Rebels, who will work with Banks in the secondary.

On3 has the Homer, Louisiana native listed as the No. 741 player nationally, the No. 77 safety in the country, and the No. 25 player from the Bayou State.

The Rebels currently have the No. 20 ranked recruiting class for the 2024 cycle and the No. 11 class in the SEC per On3 industry rankings.

Banks joins other defensive players who have signed with the Rebels on Early Signing Day like four-star defensive linemen Kamarion Franklin, Williams Echoles,  and Kamron Beavers, four-star cornerback Cedrick Beavers, and fellow safety Travaris Banks.
