LOOK: Ole Miss Trolls Alabama With 'Tip Six' Play Following Trey Amos Commitment
The Ole Miss Rebels' transfer portal escapades have continued this week, highlighted by the commitment of former Alabama Crimson Tide cornerback Trey Amos.
It is often said that a program's personality adopts that of its head coach, so naturally, Ole Miss football's social media presence shares some similarities with head coach Lane Kiffin. That was illustrated once again following Amos' commitment on Friday.
Ole Miss decided to tweet a video of the "Tip Six" play that shocked the college football world against the Tide in 2015, featuring a desperation heave from quarterback Chad Kelly that was tipped and fell in the arms of wideout Quincy Adeboyejo who raced to the end zone for a score. Only this time, the play came with a twist.

Rebels defensive coordinator Pete Golding is famous for tweeting a shark emoji when Ole Miss secures a commitment, so naturally, Golding's head was placed on Chad Kelly's body, the ball was replaced with a shark, and Lane Kiffin took the place of Adeboyejo.

Alongside the commitment from Amos, the Rebels secured another DB transfer in Brandon Turnage on Friday. Ole Miss is also set to host Washington Huskies transfer defensive end commit B.J. Green II and former Washington offensive tackle Nate Kalepo next week.
