Ole Miss Releases Classic Uniform Combo For Home Game vs. Georgia Tech

Ole Miss is going back to its uniform roots on Saturday night.

OXFORD, Miss. -- After two weeks of alternate uniforms to start the season, the No. 17 Ole Miss Rebels are breaking out some traditional threads when they host the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets on Saturday.

Ole Miss will be donning its navy helmets, navy jerseys and traditional gray pants to host the foes from the ACC. You can see the uniform release here on social media.

The last time the Rebels wore this uniform combination, they lost the 2022 Egg Bowl to their in-state rival, the Mississippi State Bulldogs. This uniform combination is a look synonymous with Ole Miss football with numerous games through the decades seeing this look on the field, including the 2014 upset at home over the Alabama Crimson Tide.

Ole Miss will be looking to pick up another win in these threads and move to 3-0 on the season this week, and it is currently an 18.5-point favorite over the visiting Yellow Jackets according to the SI Sportsbook.

This marks the third different uniform combination the Rebels have worn in as many weeks, likely looking to replicate 2022's feat of wearing a different combination in each of its 12 regular season games. The first two weeks saw the Rebels wear a version of its white helmets, and we have also seen the red jerseys, white jerseys and white pants to this point.

Kickoff between Ole Miss and Georgia Tech is slated for 6:30 p.m. CT, and you can see how to watch the game here.
