The Grove Collective Shares Heartfelt Message to Ole Miss TE Caden Prieskorn
Caden Prieskorn is fresh off one of the best performances of his career in the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl, earning offensive MVP honors in the Ole Miss Rebels' 38-25 win over the Penn State Nittany Lions.
Before earning those honors, however, Prieskorn organized a coat drive to benefit the Oxford community, and The Grove Collective, Ole Miss' NIL initiative, took notice and gave him recognition on Tuesday.
"A reminder that the week before Caden Prieskorn won MVP at the beach bowl, he and his family facilitated a coat drive in Oxford to give back to the community," the Collective posted. "We are honored to have him as an ambassador for our collective, school and state."
Prieskorn was excited to organize the event during the holiday season, sharing his own heartfelt post at its conclusion.
"Thank you to everyone who participated in our coat drive!" Prieskorn said. "We couldn't be more grateful to see this community come together and give back! Glad we can make a difference together!"
'Run it Back!' Jaxson Dart Confirms Return For 2024 Season
The Ole Miss tight end has been through adversity this season, seeing his father pass away during the fall as well as dealing with injury issues on the gridiron. Still, he announced his intent to return to Oxford for the 2024 season, and after tallying over 100 receiving yards and two scores in the Peach Bowl, it's evident that Prieskorn will be a vital part of the Ole Miss offense next year.
