WATCH: Ole Miss Rebels QB Jaxson Dart Shows Off Wheels on Long Touchdown Carry
The Auburn Tigers didn't hold onto a first quarter lead for very long.
The No. 13 Ole Miss Rebels drew first blood in Saturday night's game on The Plains, but Auburn answered on its next possession with a 50-plus-yard touchdown carry by Jarquez Hunter to tie the game at seven.
It was then that Ole Miss took back over. Following a one-handed grab on the sideline by tight end Caden Prieskorn, the Rebels faced a fourth-and-short deep inside Auburn territory.
If Lane Kiffin is the head coach, is there any question as to what comes next?
Kiffin left his offense on the field, of course, and quarterback Jaxson Dart faked a pitch to running back Quinshon Judkins. He kept the ball himself and scampered untouched into the end zone to give Ole Miss a 14-7 lead at the end of the first quarter.

This isn't the only good news that the Rebels have received on Saturday night. According to the ESPN broadcast, wide receiver Jordan Watkins is "available" in this game after suffering a hand injury in a practice during the bye week. Watkins, however, has yet to see the field on Saturday night.
Instead, the first touchdown pass of the night for Ole Miss was hauled in by wideout Zakhari Franklin, his first score of the season after battling injuries himself beginning in fall camp.
