Betting Odds for No. 9 Oregon Ducks vs. Stanford Cardinal

Oregon is 4-0 heading into their week 5 matchup on the road against Stanford.
In this story:

The No. 9 Oregon Ducks (4-0, 1-0 Pac-12) are fresh off a dominant 42-6 win over the Colorado Buffaloes (3-1, 0-1 Pac-12) in week 4.

The Ducks outclassed the Buffs in every aspect of the game, asserting themselves in the run game and getting after Shedeur Sanders on defense for seven sacks.

Now in week 5 they'll face a new challenge: new head coach Troy Taylor and the Stanford Cardinal.

The Cardinal are 1-3 through four weeks of the season and dropped a heartbreaker at home over the weekend, losing to the Arizona Wildcats 21-20. They're still breaking in a new quarterback in Ashton Daniels, who follows in the footsteps of Tanner McKee.

Through four games, Daniels has thrown for 534 yards and 3 touchdowns against two interceptions, completing 59.21% of his passes. Things haven't been much better for Stanford on defense, as opponents are averaging 32.75 points per game.

The Ducks definitely have momentum on their side heading into this game, but they can't take any matchup lightly against Stanford. They last lost to Stanford in 2021, a 31-24 overtime loss on the road the last time the two teams faced each other in Palo Alto.
