Oregon Football Announces Four New Additions to Coaching Staff
It's been a busy offseason for Dan Lanning at Oregon.
He's had to replace his offensive coordinator (Kenny Dillingham), offensive line coach (Adrian Klemm) and safeties coach (Matt Powledge) all since the end of the 2022 season. Add to that that he's welcomed almost 30 new names to his roster as recruits and transfers from the 2023 recruiting class arrive in Eugene.
On Tuesday, Oregon Football announced four new additions to the coaching staff.
Skyler Jones will work as an assistant defensive line coach alongside Tony Tuitoi in 2023. He spent the 2022 season with the Los Angeles Rams as an assistant defensive line coach.
Josh Robinson joins the staff to work as a special team's analyst. Lanning worked with him during his days at Sam Houston State.
"Josh is a guy that I've always known," Lanning said of Robinson after Tuesday's practice. "Like you said we were together at Sam Houston State. I knew that he fit a certain role that we were trying to achieve there from a special teams standpoint. He has some good experience there. He's a guy that certainly I trust."
Antonio Parks is an addition that we've known about for a little bit. He'll be an offensive analyst at Oregon and joins Lanning's staff after spending the 2022 season with Will Stein at UTSA. Parks is already adding value to the Ducks as he played a role in Oregon landing 2024 safety Aaron Flowers out of Texas last week.

Jordan Salkin will help Will Stein coach the quarterbacks. He spent the 2022 season working as a quality control coach for the Miami Dolphins. Salkin previously coached quarterbacks at the University of New Mexico, where the Ducks found former assistant quarterbacks coach Jordan Somerville, who was hired by the Tampa Bay Buccanneers this offseason.
Lanning spoke more about the new additions on Tuesday.
"Every one of those guys brings something different to the table that I think is exciting," the head coach said. "An opportunity for us to grow as coaches and just grow as a program--some of the ideas that they carry and share. Some of their experience whether it be NFL or wherever that might be."
