Spring practice will begin in March following the Ducks' annual Pro Day in Eugene.

For many Oregon fans, it feels like ages since the Ducks took home a 45-6 win over the Liberty Flames in the Vrbo Fiesta Bowl, finishing the 2023 season at 12-2.

It's been nearly two months since Bo Nix threw his last pass as a Duck and the Oregon defense nearly pitched a shutout on New Year's Day. Now he and other former Ducks are gearing up to compete in the NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis

But there will be some Oregon Football to talk about before too long.

On Thursday Oregon Football announced in a press release that the program will hold its annual Pro Day on Tuesday, March 12 inside the Moshofsky Center. Players like Nix, star receiver Troy Franklin and reigning Rimington Trophy winner Jackson Powers-Johnson are expected to participate before the 2024 NFL Draft takes place in late April.

The Ducks also announced that their first spring football practice will be held on Thursday, March 14. They'll hold the second of 15 spring practices on Saturday, March 16, and then break for finals and spring break before returning to Eugene to resume spring football practice on April 2.

The month of April will be filled with news and updates, as practices are typically held two to three times a week, with media access sprinkled in throughout as the Ducks build up to their annual spring game, which is scheduled for April 27 at 1 pm PT.

The 2024 version of the Oregon Ducks are expected to be ultra competitive in the new-look Big Ten, as the Ducks welcome big-time players like former Oklahoma quarterback Dillon Gabriel, former Texas A&M wide receiver Evan Stewart and former Washington cornerback Jabbar Muhammad along with highly-touted recruits like edge rusher Elijah Rushing and safety Aaron Flowers.
