Pretty soon college football fans will be able to play with the Oregon Ducks in the new EA Sports College Football 25 video game.

And they'll have the ability to do so with Dillon Gabriel as their quarterback. The veteran passer announced in an Instagram post on Monday that he'll be participating or "opting in" to his name, image and likeness being used in the video game.

"I’m in the game #CFB25," Gabriel wrote in a caption on his latest Instagram post.

Gabriel, a senior quarterback transfer from the University of Oklahoma, is the second Oregon player to announce that he will be in the upcoming video game. Veteran wide receiver Tez Johnson announced that he would be in the game on February 23.

Gabriel projects to be one of Oregon's highest rated players College Football 25 after two strong seasons with the Sooners in Norman. However his experiences goes back even further than that as he spent three seasons at the University of Central Florida before his first transfer.

Fans across the country should expect Oregon to be one of the most popular teams in the upcoming game, as they'll feature one of the most balanced blends of offense and defense in year two of offensive coordinator Will Stein, and the third season with defensive coordinator Tosh Lupoi.

The Ducks are expected to start spring football and year three under head coach Dan Lanning next month in March, with spring practice culminating with the annual spring game, which is scheduled for April 27 in Eugene at Autzen Stadium.
