Where Bo Nix Ranks Among Top Quarterbacks in 2023

Bo Nix returns to Eugene fresh off the best season of his college career.

Spring football kicks off for the Oregon Ducks later on this month.

There will be young players that step into larger roles, new coaches joining the team, and position battles that will carry over into fall camp.

Fortunately for Dan Lanning, there's no position battle at quarterback, as Bo Nix returns Eugene ready to lead Will Stein's offense in 2023. Following the best season of his college career, Nix opted for one more season in green and yellow instead of testing his talents in the NFL Draft.

2023 will be the first season since 2019 that the Ducks have returned their starting quarterback, when Justin Herbert led Oregon to a Pac-12 title and Rose Bowl win over Wisconsin.

Nix knows that he needs to play at a high level again if the Ducks want to return to the Pac-12 title game and continue pushing for the program's first national championship. At one point last season he was in the Heisman conversation and he's solidified himself as a top quarterback nationally.

Earlier this week CBS Sports ranked their top 10 quarterbacks for the 2023 college football season.

Check out the rankings below to see where Nix landed along with some other big name signal callers in the Pac-12.
