Five-Star Cornerback Dorian Brew Reveals Top Schools
2025 Conroe (Tex.) cornerback Dorian Brew revealed his top 10 schools on Thursday.
The Oregon Ducks made the cut along with schools like Texas, Texas A&M and Oklahoma.
Penn State, TCU, Florida State, and Florida round out the remainder of his top schools, as he whittled his list of 24 reported scholarship offers down to 10.
Brew stands 6'2" and weighs 185 pounds. He's rated a five-star (0.9852) recruit according to the 247Sports Composite. The same system ranks him the No. 21 player nationally, the No. 4 cornerback and the No. 5 recruit in Texas.
The coveted defensive back has reportedly taken recent visits to Penn State and Texas A&M and is expected to visit Ohio State for the Buckeyes game against Minnesota on Saturday.
Being an elite athlete runs in the Brew family. His father is an olympic gold medal sprinter that attended LSU and his mother is in the Ohio State athletics Hall of Fame, also as a sprinter.
Oregon is off to a strong start in the 2025 recruiting class and boasts the No. 8 class in the country, headlined by wide receiver Dallas Wilson (FL) and quarterback Akili Smith Jr. (CA).
The Ducks have made Brew's home state of Texas a major priority on the recruiting trail and have commitments from Forney (Tex.) safety Aaron Flowers in the 2024 class and Pflugerville (Tex.) Weiss High School wide receiver Adrian Wilson in the 2025 class.
