Torres' Take
It's hard to go against these picks from On3. Any time you land the No. 1 player in the country, you're going to be highlighted as a winner.
Colorado on the other hand got a shoutout by landing a recruit the Ducks were firmly in the mix for in Aaron Butler. Right now I'm putting more stock in what Deion can do on the recruiting trail rather than the portal.
Oregon was one of the hottest teams in May and were appropriately highlighted as a major recruiting winner. This was a very important streak for Oregon to begin as Dan Lanning and company look to add more talent to their 2024 recruiting class in May. Michael Van Buren wraps up the quarterback haul and Xadavien Sims gives the Ducks another versatile and explosive talent in the trenches.
Big names that will be on campus this summer include Brandon Baker, Justin Williams, Dakoda Fields and Aydin Breland among others.
Don't forget the Ducks also got the ball rolling some more in the 2025 class in May, landing a commitment from Melbourn (Fla.) Eua Gallie interior offensive lineman Chavez 'Sandman' Thompson.
