Pitt Center Max Amadasun Enters Transfer Portal
PITTSBURGH -- Pitt center Max Amadasun has entered the transfer portal after playing a limited role during his two-year career with the Panthers. He becomes the fifth Pitt player to leave in the portal.
Amadasun, an Ireland native, played very limited minutes in two years with Pitt. This past season, he saw his playing time decrease from three minutes per game to 1.3 MPG. He scored just four points during his time with the Panthers.
Amadasun came to Pitt as a top-50 center in the 2020 class, according to Rivals.
The big man now joins Noah Collier, Dan Oladapo, Ithiel Horton, Onye Ezeakudo as those who left through the transfer portal this year. Pitt now has seven open scholarships. Their front court includes just John Hugley.
