PITTSBURGH -- The Pitt Panthers have fought their way onto the NCAA Tournament bubble and are slowly bettering their resume as they hit the home stretch of the regular season.

But Pitt still sits as underdogs to make the Big Dance either as an at-large team or conference champion. FanDuel Sportsbook gives the Panthers +134 odds to make the NCAA Tournament and -180 odds to make the field.

The Panthers are clinging to the NCAA Tournament bubble but took a major step forward over the weekend with a blowout win over Boston College on the road. They got some help from elsewhere around college basketball as well with a host of bubble teams suffering loses.

ESPN's Joe Lunardi has Pitt pegged as the the second team among his Next Four Out, alongside Colorado, Drake and Memphis, in his latest NCAA Tournament projections.

Pitt closes the season with home games against Florida State and N.C. State before trekking to Washington, D.C. for the ACC Tournament.
