PITTSBURGH -- The Pitt Panthers return tons of experience along the offensive line and, according to ESPN ACC correspondent, David Hale, who ranked each of the conference's offensive line units entering the summer, that will make them one of the better groups in the league this coming season.

The Panthers trail Clemson and Florida State, who occupy a class of their own atop the league, and Duke, the one team in Hale's second tier that outpaced Pitt. Six of their eight ACC opponents have offensive lines ranked below them by Hale.

Hale believes that the combination of experience and improved quarterback play will make this one of the better units in the conference. The Panthers bring back four linemen with significant starting experience, led by center Jake Kradel and tackle Matt Goncalves.

"Pitt returns four OL with 300+ snaps and adds a QB who'll (theoretically) make some better/quicker decisions in the pocket," Hale wrote on Twitter.

Goncalves was Hale's lone selection from Pitt to his predicted All-ACC team, landing on the second team.
