PITTSBURGH -- The Pitt Panthers and North Carolina Tar Heels enter Week 4 riding polar opposite trajectories and the betting lines for their game against one another reflect that.

North Carolina is undefeated, ranked No. 17 in the latest AP Poll and a consensus eight-point favorite over the Panthers as they prepare to visit Acrisure Stadium. Spreads go as high as 8.5 and as low as 7.5 on various sportsbooks. The point total line has been set at 50.5, per Action Network.

The Panthers are fresh off a brutal loss to West Virginia in the 106th Backyard Brawl. Pitt quarterback Phil Jurkovec completed just 40% of his passes for 81 yards and three interceptions, while Mountaineer running back C.J. Donaldson wore down the Panthers defense to the tune of 102 yards and one touchdown.

Pitt and North Carolina are scheduled for an 8:00 p.m. kickoff on Saturday night from Acrisure Stadium. ACC Network will carry the broadcast.
