PITTSBURGH -- The Pitt Panthers will welcome one of their official visitors a week earlier than expected.

Dominic Kirks, a native of Cleveland, Ohio who attends Villa Angela-St. Joseph High School - had planned on making it out to Pittsburgh next weekend, according to Karl Ludwig of Pittsburgh Sports Now, but will instead visit Pitt this weekend, he announced on Twitter.

Kirks is rated as a four-star prospect by On3 and a three-star player by 247Sports and Rivals. On3 ranks him as high as the No. 11 player in Ohio and the No. 28 defensive lineman nationally in the class of 2024.
