DALLAS – SMU finalized its 12-game regular season schedule for the upcoming 2024 with the addition of Nevada, the school announced Thursday.

The Mustangs will travel to Reno, Nevada on August 24 to start its inaugural ACC season. The Wolfpack, who finished 2-10 in 2023, is the fourth non-conference opponent to be added to the Mustangs’ schedule.

Mustangs Build Solid Class for ACC Debut Season Next Fall

After traveling to Reno, SMU will play four-straight games at home, beginning with Houston Christian University on August 31 and followed by BYU on Sept. 6 and TCU in the 103rd edition of the Battle for the Iron Skillet two weeks later.

The stretch of home games concludes with the Mustangs first ACC game on Sept. 28 against the reigning ACC champion Florida State. SMU’s complete 12-game schedule is listed below. Start times and broadcast information for all games have yet to be announced.
