South Carolina Men's Basketball program arrived in Pittsburgh Tuesday, preparing to face off against Oregon in the NCAA tournament.

Lamont Paris and the Gamecocks are gearing up for the first round of the NCAA tournament for the first time since 2017, and the chip on their shoulders remains. Though they've had a successful season, Carolina isn't viewed as the "sexy pick." Nonetheless, that's the least of their concerns now as they look to play a hard-fought game against an Oregon team that got hot in the Pac-12 Tournament. 

In three games in the Pac-12 tournament, the Ducks beat UCLA, Arizona, and Colorado, giving themselves an automatic bid for the big dance. Led by former Gamecock Jermaine Couisnard, averaging 15.4 points per game, South Carolina is looking to keep the magical season alive, winning one game at a time, starting with hopefully Oregon on Thursday afternoon.
