South Carolina MBB Rankings: March 4th

South Carolina's men's basketball team is position to clinch at least a share of the SEC regular season title this week.

With one week remaining in the SEC regular season, South Carolina's men's basketball sits just one game back of the top perch in the conference standings behind a team that they'll be playing just two nights from now. While computer metrics continue to devalue what the Gamecocks have accomplished this season, most pundits agree that Lamont Paris' squad is a bonafide NCAA Tournament team that could pose a serious threat to some teams listed ahead of them.
