South Carolina Sells Out Home Finale

South Carolina will get to play in front of a sold-out crowd at the Colonial Life Arena this coming Sunday.

Dawn Staley and South Carolina's Women's Basketball team are getting closer to the finish line in the regular season, as they're coming off the heels of their closest game yet against the Ole Miss Rebels. 

Along with the proverbial finish line comes the realization that Aliyah Boston, Zia Cooke, Brea Beal, and the rest of the seniors potentially have only a few home games remaining. They still have the option to forgo their COVID year and head straight onto the professional ranks.

Due to this distinct possibility, Gamecock fans understand they'll get only a few more chances to see this special senior class take the floor in garnet and black threads. They're not messing around with this opportunity, as the team's social media announced account on Monday that the Gamecocks' final home game is officially sold out.

This year's senior group for the Gamecocks has appeared in 729 total games collectively. They hope to add more over the next month and a half as they continue changing the perception of South Carolina's Women's Basketball program.
