South Carolina's women's basketball program is aiming to break the conference record for most consecutive SEC wins (42, looking for 43) tomorrow afternoon when they take on the Georgia Bulldogs. They tied the record on Thursday night against the Tennessee Volunteers who, ironically enough, held sole possession of the record going into this week.

After making the NCAA Tournament last season, Georgia has struggled to find the same level of success this Winter, as they currently possess a record of 11-13 and are 2-9 in conference play. The Bulldogs only have one player who's averaging double figures in scoring, and that's Javyn Nicholson with 15.5 points per game on 46.4 percent shooting from the floor. Nicholson also leads Georgia in rebounds with 9.0 per game, 3.3 boards higher than the second-place Bulldog on the roster, Destiny Thomas.

Should the Gamecocks take care of business tomorrow, Dawn Staley will be one win away from career win No. 600.
