Former Gamecock Defensive End Signs Two-Year Deal With Carolina Panthers
Former South Carolina football and Minnesota Vikings defensive end, DJ Wonnum, is set to join the Carolina Panthers on a two-year deal.
Former South Carolina Gamecock standout D.J. Wonnum is on the verge of signing a two-year contract with the Carolina Panthers. The defensive end, who was selected in the fourth round as the 117th overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, has spent the initial years of his NFL career with the Minnesota Vikings.
