Kylan Fox Narrows Recruitment
Head coach Shane Beamer and the rest of South Carolina's coaching staff continue to make waves in the recruiting world, finding themselves in the shortened recruiting list of one of the nation's best athletes. Kylan Fox, a high school teammate with KJ Bolden, announced via his Twitter he is shortening his recruiting down to 15 schools, and South Carolina has made the cut.
After acquiring one of the nation's best athletes in the class of 2023 in Nyckoles Harbor, South Carolina continues to scour for some of the most physically dominant players in the nation.
Fox, listed at 6-4, is one of the nation's most dynamic high school players. Fox regularly spends his time either as a tight end or an edge rusher, making him one of the most versatile players in his class. Despite his immense size, he is typically among the fastest players on the field. His speed and physicality make him either a sack threat or a scoring threat, depending on which side of the ball he is lined up on.
Fox's shortened list includes fellow SEC schools Alabama, Tennessee, Ole Miss, Florida, and Auburn. The other schools on his shortened list include Cincinnati, Georgia Tech, Miami, Ohio State, Florida State, Colorado, Stanford, Louisville, and North Carolina.
