Highly-Regarded 2025 OT Nicolai Brooks Visits South Carolina
Many believe football games are won in the trenches, which would explain South Carolina's coaching staff's dedication to recruiting the best linemen in the nation. The team has loaded its spring schedule with many top recruits, including fast-rising 2025 Offensive Tackle Nicolai Brooks, who was in Columbia Saturday.
Not even a few hours after his visit with the team, Brooks has already received support from some of the Gamecocks' commits. 2024 OT Kam Pringle took to Twitter to voice his support for Brooks in the garnet and black.
When examining Brooks, the first thing that will jump out to you is his incredible size. Though he is just a sophomore in high school, Brooks stands at 6-8 345 pounds. Ignoring a recruit of his size is hard, hence the support he has received from other powerhouse college football programs.
Brooks, who is over two years away from his high school graduation, already boasts offers from Alabama, Georgia, Michigan, Miami, Florida State, and many other schools. Many believe the offensive tackle has star potential, which could lead him to the NFL, so it is good to see the Gamecocks in on his recruitment.
