Richard Sherman has never been shy about expressing himself and addressing those who he disagrees with.

One of the most infamous instances of the former Stanford star telling someone off was when he appeared on ESPN's First Take about a decade ago. When asked how good he thought he was after recording eight interceptions and two forced fumbles the year prior, Sherman instantly explained that his numbers do all the talking. He then followed that up with an attack on then co-host Skip Bayless who had been quite critical of Sherman.

“I’m better at life than you.”

He also demanded that Bayless address him with respect to his accolades.

“address me as All-Pro Stanford graduate.”

While he went on a tangent that felt like a direct attack of Bayless, the two may have a chance to go head-to-head some more in the near future. According to a report by the New York Post, Sherman has emerged as a candidate to replace Shannon Sharpe who recent departed as Bayless' counterpart on his daily show, Undisputed.

Even despite the bad blood from a decade ago, there appears to not be beef between the two as they were seen meeting at the Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills on Wednesday, discussing the possibility of Sherman joining the show.

Sherman, who recently revealed why he retired, has been busy in his post-playing career, as he's an analyst for Amazon's Thursday Night Football and also made an reality television appearance on Fox's "Stars on Mars".
