With No. 15 Stanford coming off three appearances at the College World Series, they are looking to head to Omaha for the fourth straight season in 2024.

Unlike in past years, they are dealing with huge roster turnover following nine players going to the MLB and will be relying on a ton of new faces whether they be freshmen, transfers, or returners looking to grab a bigger role. Stanford head coach David Esquer joins me as we dive into new players like preseason Golden Spikes hopeful Malcolm Moore, new ace Matt Scott, and other youngsters stepping up in huge roles. We also discuss ongoing position battles, whether it be at first base or the outfield, and Esquer explains how this team will differ from teams of the past.

Coach Esquer also touches on Tara VanDerveer's success on the hardwood, what he would do if he wasn't coaching, and what his walk-up song would be if he had one.
