Cameron Brink and Kiki Iriafen Win Pac-12 Player Of The Week In Consecutive Weeks
Last season, Stanford was thought to have one of the best duos in all of college basketball but in 2024 we may be learning that they have an even better one this year.
Forwards Cameron Brink and Kiki Iriafen have been dominant this season for the No. 4 Stanford Cardinal (19-2), and over the past couple of days it was Brink being named Pac-12 Player of the Week for the fourth team this year. An honor that Iriafen received last week for her strong showing against the Oregon schools, which saw her average 28.5 points and 13.5 rebounds and was highlighted by a 36-point outing.
This week it was Brink's turn, as she averaged 22.5 points and 17.5 rebounds in Stanford's wins over the Arizona schools.
This also marks the 11th time in her career that Brink has won Pac-12 Player of the Year.
Since losing to Colorado back on January 14, Stanford has since won four straight, and has a meeting with No. 15 USC on Friday. They follow that up by welcoming former Cardinal Lauren Betts back to Palo Alto when they host No. 7 UCLA on Sunday. Betts spent just one year in Palo Alto, averaging six points and 3.5 rebounds in a little over nine minutes per game. She now leads the Bruins in scoring (15.4) and rebounds (8.6).

Stanford will need a big weekend from its Star duo as they look to continue to maintain sole possession of first place in the Pac-12.
On the year, Brink is averaging 17.5 points per game and 11.4 rebounds per game, while Iriafen is averaging 19 points per game and 10.9 rebounds.
