MAR 5 QB LEANING AGGIES? The Texas A&M Aggies are off to a great start recruiting under new head coach Mike Elko.

And on Tuesday, it appears to be getting even better, with 247 Sports director of recruiting Steve Wiltfong crystal balling four-star Centennial (Corona, CA) QB Husan Longstreet to the Aggies.

Longstreet also holds offers from BYU, Auburn, Florida State, Michigan, Miami, Ole Miss, Missouri, Oregon, Purdue, and Washington among many others.

Last season, the four-star talent completed 199 of 298 passes for 3,013 yards and 24 touchdowns with six picks, and rushed 85 times for 645 yards and seven more touchdowns.

MAR 1 BARNES TO AGGIELAND? The Texas A&M Aggies are in the running for an elite talent at a position of need.

On Friday, elite four-star linebacker Elijah Barnes released his top-10 schools, with the Aggies making the list amongst a host of other top programs.

Texas, Ohio State, LSU, Florida State, Alabama, Oregon, USC, Nebraska, and SMU also made the list.

The Skyline (Dallas, TX) product currently ranks as the No. 107 player nationally, No. 12 linebacker and No. 19 player in Texas per the On3 Industry ranking.

On3's Recruiting Prediction Machine has Barnes listed as a Texas lean by 89.6 percent.

FEB 28 STEWART TO C-STAT  The Texas A&M Aggies are in the running for the top player in the 2026 class.

According to On3's Chad Simmons, St. Augustine (Reserve, LA) defensive lineman Jahkeem Stewart has set multiple upcoming visits, including to College Station to visit Texas A&M.

Stewart is looking for a program that give him a close relationship with his defensive line coach, as well as develop him for the NFL.

“I’m looking for a long-term relationship, not just who can develop me for the NFL,” said Stewart. “I want that defensive line coach at my wedding. I want to have a relationship with them… and trust them.”

Stewart recently released his top 15, with Alabama, Auburn, Colorado, Florida State, Georgia, LSU, Miami, Michigan, Ohio State, Oregon, Penn State, Tennessee, Texas, and USC making the cut alongside the Aggies.

It will be his second visit to College Station.

FEB 26 WILLIAMS LIKES AGGIES The Texas A&M Aggies have made the cut for an extremely talented in-state wideout.

On Sunday, four-star wide receiver Taz Williams unveiled his top 10 schools, listing the Aggies among other elite programs.

Joining the Aggies in Williams's list of finalists are Texas, Baylor, Ohio State, Michigan, Alabama, SMU, Florida State, Penn State, and Georgia Tech.

Williams currently ranks as the No. 263 player nationally, No. 33 wide receiver, and No. 46 player in the state of Texas per the On 3 Industry Ranking. On3's Recruiting Prediction Machine currently has him leaning toward the Texas Longhorns.

FEB 24 THOMAS TO CSTAT Per an announcement on his X account, three-star offensive lineman Tyler Thomas has set an official visit to Texas A&M from June 13-15.

The Dickinson (TX) native is ranked as the No. 491 player nationally, the No. 34 interior offensive lineman, and the No. 84 player in Texas.

The Aggies will be battling the Texas Longhorns for his commitment.

FEB 17 PETTIJOHN PICKS The Texas A&M Aggies are in the running for four-star linebacker Riley Pettijohn, who recently released his list of finalists.

The Aggies made Pettijohn's final six, alongside Texas, Ohio State, USC, Florida State and Georgia.

"Texas A&M really surprised me in a good way and then bringing in Coach Bateman was a plus, especially since he recruited me at Florida," Pettijohn told On3.

Pettijohn currently ranks as a consensus four-star recruit and is the No. 27 player nationally, No. 3 linebacker, and No. 7 player in Texas per the On3 Industry ranking.

FEB 6 BUSSEY'S CHOICE Texas A&M Aggies fans won't have to wait much longer to find out the final decision for five-star commit Terry Bussey.

According to reports from TexAgs, Bussey, who has been committed to the Aggies since September, will sign his letter of intent with either LSU, Texas A&M or Georgia at 9 AM on Wednesday.

Bussey has been firm with A&M since his commitment, but after the coaching change from Jimbo Fisher to Mike Elko, other programs - most notably LSU - have entered the conversation.

Recent reports have indicated that it is a 50-50 battle between the Aggies and Tigers.

JAN 26 RIGGINS IS COMING TO AGGIELAND Class of 2025 five-star linebacker Kelvion Riggins has reportedly committed to Texas A&M per On3's Hayes Fawcett.

Riggins is a Forney (TX) High School product and reportedly chose A&M over Georgia and Tennessee.

“I feel like Texas A&M has been home since my first visit," Riggins told On3. "I’ve been up there the most out of every school I went to. I was shocked when Jimbo got fired but as soon as the new staff came in Elko found the best coaches to hire. He had hired Coach Bateman, and I’ve been in contact with him since he was at Florida and I know he’s a great coach, so it made it an easier decision.”

JAN 24 WILLIAMS BACK TO T TOWN After de-committing from the Alabama Crimson Tide following the retirement of Nick Saban, five-star wide receiver Ryan Williams has finally made his college decision.

Per an announcement from Williams, he will be heading back to Tuscaloosa, committing to Alabama and new head coach Kalen DeBoer after a recent visit.

Williams had visited the Aggies earlier this month, with new wide receivers coach Holman Wiggins seemingly giving Texas A&M a chance with the five-star.

However, Williams eventually chose to stick with the Tide, having heard the new sales pitch from DeBoer.

He currently ranks No. 12 player nationally, No. 4 wide receiver, and No. 2 player in the state of Alabama, per the On3 Industry Ranking. Before his reclassification, Williams was the No. 1 receiver in the 2025 class.

Williams has amassed 160 catches for 2,965 yards and 43 touchdowns over the last two seasons.

JAN 21 TAZ TO CSTAT? The Aggies have begun their push in the 2025 recruiting cycle, and now, they are set to get a visit from one of its top prospects.

Per an announcement on his own X account, four-star wide receiver Taz Williams has set a visit to College Station on Feb. 3.

Williams will also take a visit to Penn State on January 27. He is coming off of a visit to Georgia Tech this weekend in Atlanta.

The Red Oak (TX) product ranks as the No. 34 wide receiver, No. 45 player in Texas and the No. 256 player nationally by On3's industry composite ranking.

Texas, TCU and SMU are also in the hunt for Williams.

JAN 10 WILLIAMS VISITING A&M Five-star 2024 receiver Ryan Williams decommitted from Alabama on Wednesday in light of Nick Saban's retirement, and the Texas A&M Aggies are already swooping in.

Per ESPN's Tom VanHaaren, Williams said that he's planning on visiting College Station this weekend. The Saraland, Ala. native is also reportedly being targeted by other SEC teams like Texas and Auburn.

"Five-star WR Ryan Williams tells me he will visit Texas A&M this weekend," VanHaaren tweeted. "Texas and Auburn are also in it, a visit to Alabama is still a possibility, but he doesn't know if that will happen yet."

JAN 6 SANCHEZ TO OSU The Texas A&M Aggies were hoping to make a splash at the All-American Bowl in San Antonio on Saturday, with five-star 2025 North Shore (Houston, TX) corner Devin Sanchez, who announced his commitment at halftime.

Unfortunately for the Aggies, instead of heading to College Station, Sanchez will be heading to the Big Ten, committing to the Ohio State Buckeyes over the Aggies, Texas Longhorns and Alabama Crimson Tide.

And he did so despite the draw of Texas A&M being so close to his home in Houston.

"They’re down the road, the home state team," Sanchez told On3 in November of the Aggies. "Coach (Bryant Gross-Armiento) came in with a group of guys who he didn’t recruit and was just handed so he had to make it work. That’s what he’s doing so I mean if a coach can do that it shows he knows what he is doing."

Sanchez, listed at 6-foot-2, 170 pounds or so, sports more than 30 scholarship offers to his name, and ranks as the No. 2 player in Texas, the No. 2 corner in the nation, and the No. 6 player overall per the On3 Industry ranking.

247 Sports and Rivals also both have him listed as the No. 1 overall corner in the nation.

DEC 31 MCKINLEY FLIPS according to reports five-star Aggies commit Dominick McKinley has flipped to LSU.

McKinley was the Aggies top commit and will be signing in February.

DEC 29 JIMBO AND CAM It should not come as a surprise that the firing of Jimbo Fisher was the catalyst for many players to exit or de-commit from the program.

However, that doesn't make it any less painful for fans. Especially when the prospect is a five-star talent.

That was exactly the case for five-star receiver Cam Coleman, who told On3 that as soon as Fisher was fired, his flip to Auburn was sealed.

Fortunately for the Aggies, Mike Elko was able to hold together a solid class. But now, they will have to lineup opposite of Coleman in the SEC, and that will be a painful reminder for at leat the next couple of years.

DEC 18 JAKE JOINING MAX? The Texas A&M Aggies lost quarterback Max Johnson to the NCAA Transfer Portal earlier this month as part of a mass exodus of talent from the program.

As a result, Max's younger brother Jake Johnson - one of the top tight-end prospects in the 2022 class - also entered the portal.

Max later committed to North Carolina, where he is likely set to take over for star QB Drake Maye next season.

And while it wasn't a guarantee that Jake would join Max in Chapel Hill, according to Matt Zenitz, that now appears to be the expectation.

Johnson had 24 catches for 235 yards and four scores in 2023.

DEC 17 NOLEN STAYING IN THE SEC?  According to On3's crystal ball prediction, former Texas A&M defensive lineman Walter Nolen is expected to commit to Ole Miss for the 2024 season. Nolen is currently visiting Lane Kiffin and the Rebels' staff in Oxford this week.

The No. 11 Rebels continue to build their defensive line depth after adding Florida's Princely Umanmielen and Tennesee's Taylor Baron. Ole Miss finish 10-2 for the second time in four years, but now looks to join the SEC elites as a program destined to make the College Football Playoff in 2024.

Nolen, who grew up in Mississippi, played in 22 games for the Aggies over his two years with the program. He notched 66 total tackles, including 11 tackles for loss, and a force fumble.

DEC 17 AGGIES GAIN VERBAL WR PLEDGE On Sunday, the Aggies received a verbal pledge from former Lousiana Tech receiver Cyrus Allen. Allen entered the portal on Dec. 4 and had immediate interest from A&M, USC, Miami, Arkansas, Baylor, and others.

The 6-1, 180-pound pass catcher was ranked the No. 162 wideout nationally in the 2022 cycle and will have two years of eligibility remaining.

DEC 13 MADDOX OUT The Texas A&M Aggies have lost yet another commitment in the wake of sweeping changes across the program.

Per a report from On3, four-star QB Anthony Maddox has de-committed from the program.

Ole Miss is considered a serious player for his signature on Early Signing Day.

DEC 11 GATLING DECOMMITS According to On3, three-star Texas A&M Aggies commit Debron Gatling has de-committed from the program.

After careful consideration and discussions with my family, I have decided to de-commit from Texas A&M," Gatling told On3. "I appreciate the support and opportunities provided and wish the program the best in the future."

Gatling is also being recruited by Georgia, Alabama, LSU and Ole Miss.

DEC 8 ECHOLS OUT The hits just keep on coming for the Texas A&M Aggies.

Just days after the flip of Cam Coleman to Auburn, the de-commitment of Gabriel Reliford, the Aggies lost another commitment on Friday - this time, in four-star offensive line commitment Coen Echols.

Echols had been committed to the program since June. He recently took a visit to Auburn on Nov. 25, and the Tigers seem to be out front in his recruitment.

"I would like to start off by thanking the Lord for blessing me to be where I am today," Echols said on X. "I would also like to thank my family for their continued guidance and support. I would like to thank the Texas A&M coaching staff for giving me this great opportunity, and I would like to thank the fans and players for the love they have shown me and my family. I wish nothing but the best for Texas A&M, but with all that being said, my recruitment is 100% back open. Please respect me and my family's decision at this time. This isn't just any decision, but a life decision."

DEC 8 RELIFORD COMMITS After de-committing from the Texas A&M Aggies On Sunday, defensive end Gabriel Reliford has found a new home.

On Friday morning, Reliford committed to the Aggies' SEC Rival, LSU Tigers, keeping him in his home state of Lousiana.

“The family feel of Lsu is different, especially being from Louisiana," Reliford told On3. "I always felt at home when I visited LSU. Also LSU has sent countless guys from my area to the NFL even a few from my school and I feel as though they can do the same with me. And even on a bad year, LSU is always a top contender in the SEC.”

The four-star recruit had 122 tackles, 29 tackles for loss, nine sacks and three forced fumbles in 2023.

Reliford ranks as the No. 4 player and No. 7 defensive end in Louisiana, and No. 59 player in the country, per the On3 Industry Ranking.

DEC 3 RELIFORD MOVES ON The Texas A&M Aggies have suffered quite a few personnel losses since the departure of head coach Jimbo Fisher.

The latest of those losses came on Sunday night, with four-star edge rusher Gabriel Reliford de-committing from the program.

Reliford is the No. 61 edge rusher and No. 29 player in the state of Louisiana, according to 247Sports Composite.

DEC 1 AUBURN STEALS COLEMAN Five-star receiver and Texas A&M commit Cam Coleman has flipped to Auburn before Early Signing Period on Dec. 20. Coleman was another top-level talent expected to join the Aggies under Dameyune Craig.

Coleman, a native of Phenix City (Ala.), had been committed to the Aggies since July under head coach Jimbo Fisher. Once Fisher was fired, conversations began to swirl around the recruiting class staying intact.

A 6-4, 180-pound bully, Coleman starred at Phenix City High School under Pat Nix, the father of Oregon quarterback Bo Nix. Last season, he caught 56 passes for 1,229 yards and 17 touchdowns.

The Aggies, who entered Friday at No. 10 in the On3 Rankings, dropped to No. 17 following Coleman's flip.

NOV 12 BUSSEY & COLEMAN REACT The Texas A&M Aggies are set to fire head coach Jimbo Fisher as early as Sunday, as first reported by TexAgs.com.

As a result of that firing, one of the major questions surrounding the program is what will become of the Aggies No. 7 ranked 2024 recruiting class.

And shortly after the firing, one of the biggest commits gave his reaction, with five-star athlete Terry Bussey tweeting a 'thinking' emoji in response to the news.

Texas quarterback commit Trey Owens also tagged Bussey, five-star defensive lineman Dominick McKinley, and four-star Myles Davis in a tweet, suggesting that they should switch their commitment to the Longhorns.

Elsewhere, five-star wide receiver recruit Cam Coleman also reacted to the firing, telling On3 that he remains committed to the program, but will take visits.

The Aggies will be moving quickly to secure a new head coach ahead of the early signing period, in order to attempt to minimize the damage to the class after Fisher's departure.

That said, as is always the case with a head coaching change, there will be losses in the class - perhaps even major ones.

NOV 9 SANCHEZ TIMELINE The Texas A&M Aggies are heavily pursuing one of the top prospects in the 2025 class, five-star North Shore (Houston, TX) cornerback, Devin Sanchez.

Luckily for Texas A&M, they have landed in the top three for the elite defensive back, with Sanchez set to choose between Texas A&M, Alabama, and Ohio State.

And this week, Sanchez announced when he will make his final decision, revealing that he will make his commitment on Jan 6.

The decision will come at the All-American Bowl in San Antonio.

Ohio State is currently thought to be the favorite for Sanchez, though the Aggies have plenty of time to make up that ground.

OCTOBER 30 FIVE STAR TO AUSTIN? Texas A&M Aggies five-star defensive line commitment Dominick McKinley is obviously a hot commodity on the recruiting trail.

And according to reports from Inside Texas, McKinley could be set to visit the Aggies arch-rivals in Austin.

Per the report, McKinley was not only invited but he Horns for a visit this weekend when Texas takes on Kansas State, but McKinley also reached out to the Texas and opened the communication between himself and the program.

McKinley originally committed to the Aggies on September 1 over Ohio State and LSU.

OCTOBER 27 FIVE-STAR FLIP The Texas A&M Aggies suffered a major recruiting loss on Thursday night, with 2024 five-star offensive tackle Weston Davis flipping his commitment to LSU.

Davis had committed to the Aggies back in June, picking Texas A&M over a host of top programs, including the Tigers.

He was lured to the Tigers thanks in large part to their offensive line success and the relationship he has with the staff.

“I see that LSU has the best offensive line in the SEC right now,” Davis told On3. “Coach Davis is a good coach and he developed the players that he has now.”

Davis also was a big fan of the way the staff plans to use him once he gets to Baton Rouge.

“I love the coaching staff, especially coach Davis. Man, it’s family there for sure. They plan on using me like Emery (Jones) and Will (Campbell).”

OCTOBER 25 AGGIES COMMIT TAKE VISITS Four-star Texas A&M commit Gabriel Reliford will be taking a pair of visits in November, including one to an SEC rival.

Per a report from On3, Reliford is set to visit LSU when the Tigers take on the Aggies on November 25. The Louisiana native will also take an official visit to USC on November 4, when the Trojans square off against No. 5 Washington.

OCTOBER 22 CAM VISITS AUBURN Aggies 5-star WR commit Cam Coleman made an unofficial visit to the Auburn Tigers on Saturday. Coleman committed to the Aggies back on July 4 but the On3 recruiting prediction machine now has Auburn as his likely destination at 93.4 percent.

There are personal ties to Auburn for Coleman, who attends Central High School in Phenix City, Alabama, which is coached by former Tigers quarterback Patrick Nix.

OCTOBER 19 JAVION HOLIDAY NAMES AGGIES IN TOP 8 Three-star (per On3.com) corner target Javion Holiday from Duncanville (TX) High School named his top eight schools and included the Aggies.

Per On3.com A&M is second in their recruiting prediction machine behind SMU, but the Aggies are ahead of other schools who made offers like Texas and LSU.

A&M has struggled mightily in the secondary this season due to a lack of depth, and the Aggies are making a push.

OCTOBER 17 MILLER DE-COMMITS Drelon Miller, the four-star 2024 wide receiver from Silsbee (TX) High School has de-committed from Texas A&M as he announced on social media on Tuesday.

Miller had several offers from SEC and other top schools including LSU, Miami, USC, Texas, and Florida, among others, and has decided to reopen his recruiting.

OCTOBER 11 HUDSON HOME RUN VISIT The Texas A&M Aggies hosted one of the top talents in the 2024 recruiting class against Alabama over the weekend - five-star Texas Tech wide receiver commit Micah Hudson.

And by all accounts, the official visit was a success.

Hudson was even seen at the Texas A&M soccer game, where he told Rivals.com that the visit was 'going well.'

Hudson ranks as On3's No. 6 overall prospect in the nation, the No. 2 player in the state of Texas and the No. 2 wide receiver in the 2024 class.

He currently sits as one of the few Five-Star-Plus talents in the class.

Hudson originally picked the Red Raiders of Texas, Texas A&M and Oklahoma.

OCTOBER 7 HUDSON VISITING According to reports, Texas Tech 5-star wide receiver commit Micah Hudson is set to take an official visit to Texas A&M for the Aggies' Saturday matchup vs. Alabama.

Hudson ranks as On3's No. 6 overall prospect in the nation, the No. 2 player in the state of Texas and the No. 2 wide receiver in the 2024 class.

Hudson originally picked the Red Raiders of Texas, Texas A&M and Oklahoma.

OCTOBER 3 COLEMAN SURPRISED Texas A&M Aggies five-star wide receiver Cam Coleman took a visit to Boulder, Colorado this past weekend.

The Buffaloes were coming off a blowout loss to the Oregon Ducks the weekend prior, battling back in the second half against the USC Trojans at Folsom Field. Colorado loss 48-41 but left quite an impression on Coleman.

"They really surprised me," Coleman told On3. "Deion Sanders has truly flipped the whole program around."

Sanders shocked the world with his record-setting transfer portal class. The Buffaloes went on the road and beat last year's runner-up to begin the 2023 season.

The next step in Sanders' complete overhaul of a Colorado team that won just one game last season is reeling in some top-notch recruits, and the Buffs are certainly making a hard charge to flip Coleman, who would be one of the highest-rated recruits in program history.

SEPTEMBER 29 Texas A&M landed a massive commitment on Thursday, when five-star athlete Terry Bussey picked the Aggies over Texas, Alabama, LSU and Oklahoma.

And as a result, the Aggies have rocketed into the top three of On3's team recruiting class rankings.

With four five-star commitments in their class, the Aggies now sit behind only Georgia and Ohio State in the rankings.

SEPTEMBER 22

Five-star Aggies wide receiver commit Cam Coleman is one of the most highly sought-after players in the country.

And per a recent interview, it appears he will take multiple official visits to some top programs.

“I am going to take more visits and I will get back to Auburn soon,” Coleman told On3. “I am planning to take official visits to Colorado and Penn State. Florida and Florida State might get official visits too.”

SEPTEMBER 6

The Texas A&M Aggies will be laser focused on defeating the Alabama Crimson Tide Oct. 7, but the recruiting directors will be focused on making a good impression on Solomon Williams.

The class of 2024 four-star edge rusher told Rivals Wednesday that he will be in College Station for an official visit — his second trip to Texas A&M after taking an unofficial visit July 29. Williams will be taking an official visit to Oregon Sept. 23 and is planning to travel to a Texas game but he isn't sure which one he's going to yet.

Williams' final seven is Texas A&M, Texas, Oregon, UCF, Ohio State, Alabama and Clemson.

AUGUST 29

Hey, it's not too early to look ahead to the 2027 recruiting class is it?

That certainly isn't the mindset in College Station, as the Texas A&M Aggies extended an offer to 2027 athlete Wesley Winn, he announced on X Monday. The Aggies were Winn's 11th Power Five offer and second in the Southeastern Conference, joining Georgia which offered Winn May 16.

Winn, a three-sport athlete, started his first varsity football game of his freshman season Friday at both wide receiver and cornerback.

AUGUST 24

The Texas A&M Aggies was named one of 2024 quarterback Trever Jackson's final four options in his recruitment.

The Aggies are fighting an uphill battle against Ole Miss, which is listed as the favorite in Jackson's recruitment. The Oklahoma Sooners and UCLA Bruins were also listed as finalists for the Orlando, Florida, native, as he will announce his commitment Saturday.

"Jimbo Fisher and Bobby Petrino are a two-headed monster when it comes to developing quarterbacks for the next level," Jackson told On3's Hayes Fawcett. "Also, they have a great campus atmosphere and academics besides football."

The four-star quarterback completed 59.3 percent of his pass attempts for 1,559 yards and 16 touchdowns. He was a threat to run as well, rushing for 306 yards and six touchdowns.

AUGUST 22

The Texas A&M Aggies were in the final eight for top 2026 prospect, quarterback Julian Lewis, but could not land a commitment.

Lewis announced his commitment to USC Tuesday, according to On3's Hayes Fawcett. If Lewis continues the trajectory he's on, by the time his senior season rolled around, he likely would have challenged Walter Nolen as the highest-rated recruit in Texas A&M history had he committed to the Aggies.

Lewis completed 65.5 percent of his passes his freshman year for 4,118 yards and 48 touchdowns.

AUGUST 19

The Texas A&M Aggies landed a commitment from four-star offensive lineman Blake Ivy Saturday, according to On3.

Ivy chose the Aggies over LSU and Texas, marking the 20th commitment for Texas A&M's top-10 recruiting class. Ivy, who is a top-100 player according to On3, is the second offensive lineman to commit to the Aggies in as many weeks, as four-star Isendre Ahfua announced his commitment Aug. 12.

Texas A&M now boasts five offensive line commits: Ivy, Ahfua, interior offensive lineman Coen Echols and offensive tackles Weston Davis and Ashton Funk.

AUGUST 17

247Sports recently released its first look at the top 100 players in the recruiting class of 2026, and the top target for the Texas A&M Aggies bested the rest.

Quarterback Julian Lewis was named the No. 1 prospect in the class of 2026 out of Carrollton, Georgia. Lewis announced the Aggies were in his top-eight schools July 12 along with Alabama, Georgia, Oregon, USC, LSU, Ohio State and Florida State.

"All I've done is what [James Madison quarterbacks coach Tino Sunseri] told me to do since I was 9," Lewis said in a post on X. "'Control what I can control.'"

Lewis completed 65.5 percent of his 432 passes for 4,118 yards and 48 touchdowns in his freshman season en route to a Georgia 7A state title game appearance.

AUGUST 13

The Texas A&M Aggies were among the five lucky programs to be included in athlete Terry Bussey's final school list, according to On3's Hayes Fawcett.

Bussey, a five-star and a top-20 player nationally, had Texas, Alabama, Oklahoma and LSU in his final five, and whoever wins the bidding war will be getting a dynamic two-way player. He will be announcing his commitment Sept. 28.

The Timpson, Texas, native dominated last season, throwing for 2,177 yards and 26 touchdowns, rushing for 2,596 yards and 46 touchdowns, recording 115 tackles, five interceptions — four of which he returned for a score — three kick return touchdowns and a punt return touchdown. For those keeping track at home, he was responsible for 80 touchdowns last season.

AUGUST 11

Texas A&M Aggies have just one interior offensive lineman in their 2024 class in Coen Echols, so they will not bat an eye at the opportunity to land another.

Four-star interior offensive lineman Isendre Ahfua is announcing his commitment Saturday at 7 p.m. CT and the Aggies look to be in the lead, as he has four Texas A&M crystal balls and has a 64.1 percent win his recruitment battle, according to On3's Recruiting Prediction Machine.

He will decide between Texas A&M, Miami and Utah.

AUGUST 9

Five-star in-state cornerback Kobe Black included the Texas A&M Aggies in his final five Wednesday, according to On3's Hayes Fawcett.

The Aggies have an uphill battle against Lone Star Showdown rival Texas, which is the current favorite to land Black, according to On3's Recruiting Prediction Machine. The Waco, TX. native also included Ohio State, LSU and Oregon in his final five.

"They show how much I’m a priority for them and just a lot of love," Black told Fawcett.

Black played both sides of the ball, but at his natural cornerback position he totaled 21 tackles, two interceptions and two tackles for a loss despite not getting targeted by opposing offenses.

AUGUST 7

The Texas A&M Aggies were in contention for On3 five-star running back Nathaniel Frazier, but he took his talents elsewhere.

Frazier, a consensus top-five running back in the class of 2024, announced his commitment to Georgia Sunday. Texas A&M has yet to land a commitment from a running back in the 2024 cycle.

The Aggies gathered a commitment from running backs five-star Rueben Owens and transfers David Bailey, Jerry Johnson III and Preston Landis in the class of 2023.

AUGUST 4

The Texas A&M Aggies were listed in the top 10 of 2025 four-star cornerback Devin Sanchez Thursday, according to On3's Hayes Fawcett.

The Houston native included the Aggies along with Ohio State, Texas, Alabama, Florida State, Oklahoma, Oregon, LSU, USC and Michigan. The Crimson Tide currently lead Sanchez's recruitment, according to On3's Recruiting Prediction Machine.

“(It’s the) home town school only an hour and half away," Sanchez told Fawcett of Texas A&M. "It would mean a lot to stay in Texas.”

AUGUST 2 Texas A&M has landed their 19th commitment of the 2024 class, in long snapper Jackson Graham.

Graham is the younger brother of current Aggie Jacob Graham and is one of the top-rated long snappers in the country
