Once again, the TCU Horned Frogs (16-6, 5-4) dropped out of both the AP Top 25 and Coaches Polls this week after having just re-entered both polls last week. After defeating Oklahoma State and Baylor on the road, TCU was No. 25 in the Week 13 polls. Last week, the Frogs beat No. 15 Texas Tech but lost to Texas on Saturday. That loss pushed them out of the polls for Week 14.

This week, in addition to the Frogs, the only other team to drop out of both polls was another school from the Big 12 - Oklahoma. The Sooners beat Kansas State in midweek action last week but lost a road game at UCF on Saturday.

The Top Three remain the same in both polls - UConn, Purdue, and North Carolina. After Kansas beat Houston on Saturday, the Jayhawks have moved up to No. 4, pushing Houston down to No. 5.

The Big 12 has six ranked teams plus three more teams receiving votes. The Big 12 also has the lowest NET ranking at 45.6. The nearest competition is the Big Ten at 62.5.
