Women’s Basketball: TCU Destroys Omaha 96-56
The No. 25 TCU Horned Frogs have continued to dominate in every facet of the game so far in their 2023-24 regular season. With their 96-56 win last night vs the Omaha Mavericks, TCU Women’s Basketball is now one of eight teams in the Top 25 with an undefeated record.

At the start of the game, TCU jumped out to a 13-0 lead and never looked back as they kept the momentum for the large majority of the game.
1st Quarter: TCU-25, OMA-9
2nd Quarter: TCU-55, OMA-26
3rd Quarter: TCU-78, OMA-30
4th Quarter: TCU-96, OMA-56
TCU’s top scorers were Sedona Prince with 26 points and Madison Conner with 19 points. The two are also the only duo on the same team to average at least 20 points a game thus far in the season. The bench for the Horned Frogs combined for 29 points with Aaliyah Roberson leading the bench with 14 points. Jaden Owens, Sedona Prince, and Aaliyah Roberson each recorded double-doubles as well.
The win was the 12th straight by the Frogs, which set a program record for longest winning streak.

Not only have Sedona Prince and Madison Conner given a jump-start to the offense, but the TCU defense has gotten better as well. The Frogs have only allowed two opponents to score over 60 points, one of those opponents being a 7-4 Oral Roberts team that scored 80 against the Frogs.
It’s no secret that the Big 12 is one of the stronger conferences when it comes to basketball, but the hot start by the Horned Frogs certainly gives reason to be excited about this year's team.
Next up: TCU is back in action against Mount St. Mary's at 6:30 p.m. on December 22nd in Schollmaier Arena.
