In the Week 7 football polls, Georgia and Michigan remain in the top two spots in both the AP Top 25 and the Coaches Poll. Both polls agree on the top eight teams but in slightly different orders.

The AP Top 25 has those eight as Georgia, Michigan, Ohio State, Florida State, Oklahoma, Penn State, Washington, and Oregon. In the Coaches Poll, it's Georgia, Michigan, Ohio State, Florida State, Penn State, Washington, Oklahoma, and Oregon. All eight of those teams are still undefeated.

Oklahoma Sooners quarterback Dillon Gabriel (8) drops back to pass during the Red River Rivalry college football game between the University of Oklahoma Sooners (OU) and the University of Texas (UT) Longhorns at the Cotton Bowl in Dallas, Saturday, Oct. 7, 2023. Oklahoma won 34-30.

Dillon Gabriel and the Oklahoma Sooners jumped into the Top Ten after defeating Texas 34-30 in the Red River Rivalry game in Week 6.

In Week 6, the two biggest wins were Oklahoma over Texas in the Red River Rivalry game and Louisville defeating Notre Dame. The Sooners and the Cardinals were rewarded in this week's polls with big jumps up, while the Longhorns and Fighting Irish had the biggest drops.

Besides Oklahoma (5/7) and Texas (9/11), Kansas (23/24) is back among the ranked teams, giving the Big 12 three teams in the top 25. West Virginia is receiving votes in both polls.
