Betting Line Movement: Tennessee @ Missouri

The Tennessee Volunteers (7-2, 3-2) are getting ready to do battle with the Missouri Tigers. The line is holding steady in favor of the Vols ahead of kickoff.
In this story:

We still sit a few hours away from kickoff between Tennessee and Missouri, one of the top matchups around the country all day. Both sides are coming off very different weeks - Tennessee routed UConn at home by 56 points while Mizzou lost on the road in Athens, Georgia, to the two-time defending national champion Georgia Bulldogs.

Mizzou gave Georgia a competitive game and has home-field advantage this afternoon, but sportsbooks favor the Vols ahead of the action. A lot of that revolves around how they''ve played complementary football over the past few weeks - the passing offense, rushing success, and defense have been in sync, which has been impressive.

Tennessee vs. Missouri Odds: Bet MGM

  • Line: Tennessee -3
  • Moneyline: Tennessee -150
  • Over/Under: 58

These are two of the more unique offensive attacks in the conference. Missouri offensive coordinator Kirby Moore runs a pro-style attack that allows quarterback Brady Cook to efficiently distribute the football to his playmakers while the Vols run their patented up-tempo offense.

These two teams can score in bunches, but also have the defensive personnel to get stops. The race for supremacy in the SEC East continues, and these are two of the best teams in the division squaring off in a quintessential late-season matchup.
